How to find us: The London Bridge Osteopathic Clinic is on the south side of London Bridge, directly opposite London Bridge Station (main line and tube) and on the left hand side corner (separate entrance) of the 'Barrowboy & Banker' pub. There are bus stops right outside. The entrance is at the end of the building nearest to Southwark Cathedral. There is a short flight of stairs from the street to a door with a buzzer. Ring the buzzer and walk in; the practice door is immediately on the left up some steps.

The area is a historic part of London and forms the background in much of Charles Dickens writings. Southwark Cathedral is possibly the finest example of Gothic architecture in London. Shakespeare's brother is buried in the grounds of the cathedral.

Bermondsey, where London Bridge is situated, is named after a Saxon king and an area nearby was known as Bermond's Eye, this subsequently became shortened to the present name of Bermondsey. The area, along with the riverside now being marketed as Bankside, is being rapidly redeveloped. New restaurants and bars are opening along the Borough High Street alongside inns, such as the George, that survived the Great Fire of London. The Globe theatre is nearby as is the Tate Modern. The Modern Design Museum, part of the Shad Thames complex at Tower Bridge, is ten minutes walk away. The Pont de la Tour restaurant, at Shad Thames, is where Tony Blair and Bill Clinton had their historic first supper.
